Tracy is completed with her coursework for her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for helping individuals navigate trauma and personal transformation. With 17 years of experience working in a male prison, Tracy has supported incarcerated individuals in making meaningful changes by helping them tap into their emotions and develop healthier thought patterns.
Her approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), emphasizing that true change begins by shifting one’s thinking. She is committed to fostering a collaborative, judgment-free space where clients feel supported in their journey toward healing and growth. Her patience and empathy, shaped by both personal experiences and her work with individuals who have experienced trauma, enable her to connect with people from all backgrounds and ages. Tracy believes resilience is developed through self-awareness, emotional processing, and intentional behavioral change. Her approach focuses on empowering individuals to recognize their strengths and break free from negative patterns.
Outside of her professional life, Tracy enjoys swimming, cooking, traveling, and singing—activities that bring balance and joy to their life. Her ability to connect with people, both professionally and personally makes her a trusted and effective mental health professional dedicated to making a lasting impact.
